These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Tajim Tour & Travels for Hajj, Umrah, domestic tours, international tours, hotel reservations, visa assistance and flight ticket bookings. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective airline, hotel, service provider or tour operator.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment and necessary documents have been received.
Customers must provide correct personal details as per their passport and other official documents.

2. Payment Terms
An advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within the deadline communicated at the time of booking.
For Hajj and Umrah packages, the applicable payment schedule will be shared with the customer before confirmation.
Any additional charges arising from changes in airfare, hotel rates, taxes, currency exchange or government regulations may be payable by the customer.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking or loss of confirmed services.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policies of the respective airline, hotel, visa provider and other service providers.
Advance payments, visa fees, service charges and other non-refundable amounts may not be refundable.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the package, departure date and time of cancellation.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed flights, unused hotel nights or voluntarily discontinued travel, unless otherwise permitted by the applicable provider's policy.
Any eligible refund will be processed after receiving the amount from the relevant service provider, where applicable.

Tajim Tour & Travels is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes or denied boarding caused by the airline or authorities. We will assist customers with available options wherever possible.

Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades and special room requests are subject to hotel approval and may involve additional charges.

Visa rejection, delays or changes in immigration rules may result in additional costs or non-refundable expenses, as per the applicable provider's policy.

Tajim Tour & Travels acts as a travel service provider and booking facilitator for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other third-party suppliers, where applicable. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving service-related issues. Our responsibility is subject to the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking or payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions.
